Please read them carefully as they contain important information. By submitting your registration to attend the Symposium you agree to be bound by these terms to the exclusion of all other terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, Global Arena Research Institute (further referred to as GARI) will be unable to accept your registration.
All attendee fees are payable in advance. Attendee will not be able to physically participate on any level of the upgraded program unless all fees have been received. Payment includes refreshments, lunch and access to the upgraded program. All invoices have require payment within 14 calendar days.

Ticket cancellations will not be subject to refunds.

Substitutions with employees from your organization are accepted at any time. In all other respects delegate registrations are issued for your personal use only and cannot be shared with any person during the Symposium.

Prices for each Symposium are correct at the time of publication. GARI reserves the right to change the prices at any time but changes will not affect registrations which have already been confirmed.

GARI reserves the right to amend the format, speakers, venue location and program or any other aspect and is not responsible for cancellations of events due to unforeseen circumstances. GARI accepts no responsibility for statements made orally or in written material distributed by any of its speakers at its Symposiums. In addition, GARI is not responsible for any copying, republication or redistribution of such statements.

You consent to filming and sound recording and photography of the Symposium as a delegate and you consent to the use by Company of any such recording or photography anywhere in the world for promotional, marketing and other purposes.
